Product category
Industrial flanges configured to project requirements, with supporting pipe fittings and connection components quoted alongside flange scope where required.
Overview
FLOWTEC (UK) supplies industrial flanges configured to project requirements. Flanges may be offered against recognised standards where supported by order scope and source data.
Materials, pressure class, facing, drilling and documentation are confirmed at quotation and order stage. Every enquiry is subject to engineering review before recommendation, quotation or documentation release.
Standards
Design-basis references only — not a statement of certification. The governing standard, edition and scope are confirmed against the project specification at quotation.
Range
Each type is shown in capability framing with standard-specific naming. Full technical data is issued on request after engineering review.
Long welding-neck, reducing, orifice flanges and stub ends are also addressed within the catalogue scope — request technical data for these configurations.
Ratings
ASME flanges are designated by pressure class (Class 150, 300, 400, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500); EN 1092-1 flanges by PN designation. Class and PN are designation systems rather than interchangeable equivalents — the allowable pressure of any flange depends on material group and service temperature under the governing standard.
The catalogue range addresses ASME Class 150 – 2500 in NPS ½″ – 24″ (DN 15 – 600), large-diameter Class 75 – 900 to ASME B16.47 in NPS 26″ – 60″, and EN / PN metric ranges by flange type. Ratings for a specific duty are confirmed at quotation stage.
Materials
Carbon steel (e.g. ASTM A105), low-temperature carbon steel (A350 LF2), stainless steel (A182 F304 / F316 / F316L) and alloy grades (e.g. A182 F11 / F22) are addressed against confirmed project specification.
Material grade, testing and any certification requirements are confirmed at quotation and order stage.
Configuration
Raised face (RF) is the common facing for general industrial duty. Flat face (FF) suits cast-iron and glass-lined counter-flanges. Ring-type joint (RTJ) facings serve higher-pressure, higher-temperature duties on weld-neck and blind types where the governing standard provides for them.
Drilling templates follow the governing standard. State the facing, finish and drilling requirement at enquiry.
Documentation
Material Test Certificates and order-specific documentation can be supplied where specified in the purchase order and confirmed at quotation stage.
EN 10204 3.1-type material certification may be supplied where applicable and agreed within the order scope.
Detailed dimensional tables and catalogue data are available on request for project review.
Enquiry
Including these details with your enquiry allows engineering review to proceed without a clarification round.
Next step
Send your enquiry with the checklist details above via the contact page, or use the request action on any flange type page. Engineering review precedes every recommendation, quotation or documentation release. No catalogue or dimensional documentation is published for public download.

Tell us your size, standard, class, material and facing and our engineering team will respond with a proposed configuration.
