Blind Flanges

Overview

Blind flanges are solid closures used to seal the end of a pipe run, close a vessel or equipment opening, or cap a future connection point. Because they can be removed, they also provide inspection and maintenance access. FLOWTEC (UK) supplies blind flanges configured to order scope, with the final specification confirmed at quotation stage.

Typical use & selection context

Used at line ends, isolation points, spare nozzles and planned tie-ins across process, utility and infrastructure systems. Selection is driven by design pressure and temperature, facing and gasket strategy, and the governing standard, each confirmed against the line specification.
